Deborah Allen Tullis is a licensed Certified Public Account and holds a General Agent's license for Life, Health and Accident insurance in numerous state, including her home state of Texas.


She is the founder, owner and President of Aversin Financial Associates, LLC a financial services firm which specializes in insurance, comprehensive financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and business insurance planning services for clients in both the English and Hispanic market sectors.  She is also an Advanced Certified Professional Executive Management and Personal Life Coach. Her passion is serving and coaching other women on how to navigate their way through today's corporate environment and educating them regarding their financial needs.  She is particularly adept at assisting women with both retirement and comprehensive financial planning.


Prior to founding Aversin Financial Associates, LLC, she served in the position of Corporate Accounting Manager for Leasing; Fixed Assets; Banking; Cash Management, financial forecasting, and Payroll for the prestigious and well known retailer Neiman Marcus.


Deborah is a highly qualified, goal driven and flexible accounting and management professional who has earned a reputation of excellence for P&L responsibility and has broadly diverse experience in credit, cash management, accounts payable, general ledger, financial reporting and financial analysis.  Her expertise and accounting specialty has focused on cash management planning; leases; leasing; and fraud prevention over the course of her distinguished career.


With a tenacious passion for success, consistently demonstrated by excellence, she is a high-energy management professional who has consistently brought excitement into the workplace, keeping activities fresh and appealing.

Deborah is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University and holds a B.B.A. degree in Business Administration and Accounting.  She is a native of Forth Worth, TX and a graduate of Paschal High School.  She is married to Phil Tullis and between them they have four children and 11 grandchildren.  Her passions include the arts, boating and travel.
